C-SOL provides learning, experiential and reinforcing
opportunities around emergent leadership and what it means to lead
while consciously using Self-Organizing Leadership principles. C-SOL is
a supportive community of learning and practice. We can help you to lead
in this way; to see and use unique, highly effective ways that
enable the people in your organization to work together to achieve your
goals. Because we deal with the whole picture,
and we our grounded in Self-Organizing Leadership Principles, we are able to bring real
coherence and understanding to those engaged in using this approach.

Organizing Leadership. We also promote publishing of same.
Learning: The Center for
Self-Organizing Leadership offers opportunities to learn ways to see what’s
happening in your organization and how to “stay in the Leadership Dance” to
find the most effective leadership practices as change occurs.
In one approach, (using the Process Enneagram to hold the
space open for leadership to emerge), we help you to look at your organization
from nine perspectives, engaging people in a conversation of discovery. While
this information resides within the organization, most have not seen it all
presented and connected before. Through these conversations, the organization
becomes much more coherent and effective. Why is this so important?
We help Leaders to learn how to lift up their organization's underlying
patterns and processes - make them visible - (the destructive ones and the
constructive ones) - so that leaders can learn to work with their organizations
to co-create the changes that are needed.
Applying: As
practitioners, we are able
to join productivity, effectiveness, leadership and strategic transformation in
a way that vastly improves your specific work in areas such as quality, safety,
strategic planning, customer service, manufacturing and governance. Measurable
improvements can be realized rapidly and effectively. The use of The Process Enneagram(c) is
one part (but a vital part) of our work. At C-SOL we are open to
exploring and learning various approaches to emergent leadership.
