THE PROCESS ENNEAGRAM© is in wide use around the world since its introduction in the early 1990's. Leading practioners in it's use have come to realize that it is the only known complexity tool that engages people in a way that simultaneously enables them to reach rational solutions, build and strengthen the social connections and create the emotional energy and commitment so that everything comes together and leaders and their organizations can experience extraordinary results. This has been experienced in hundreds of workshops in all sorts of organizations.

The Process Enneagram© is a tool developed by Dick Knowles for understanding how organizations operate. It serves as a map to identify where the organization is now, to develop a path to where it wants to go, and to create a plan to get there. It is evergreen and addresses the connected sustainability issues.

THE MAP

The Map we develop allows us to see whether we are getting to where we want to be, and if we aren’t why we aren’t. Following the Map helps us figure out what to do when we get off the path. The Map helps organizations consciously co-create the future they truly want. Because we deal with the whole picture, it also brings real coherence and understanding to those engaged in using it.

APPLICATIONS OF THE PROCESS ENNEAGRAM©

The Process Enneagram© can be used in a wide variety of applications. Right now it is in used in organizations on both sides of the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. The strength of the Process Enneagram© is that its use connects people at all levels in an organization. Everybody has a voice. People feel at home using this process because it speaks to their own experiences and makes sense to them. In opening up relationships, sharing information and being clear on who we are, remarkable things happen.
