Tom has spent his whole adult life in and around organizations, consumed always by the love and allure of how to make them better places to be. He spent nearly twenty years in corporate life, wearing many different hats along the way, but almost all of them dealing with some form of creating - new products, new markets, new systems. It was always about creation, and always with rapid growth, privately-held manufacturing firms. For the past 13 years, he has changed venues. He now pursues his love of "management" and "creativity" in academic settings, where he presently is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Tom holds degrees in History, International Relations, and Business Management, and has a Ph.D. in Business Administration.
