Frank is founder of Symphoenix Ltd. in the United Kingdom. After gaining a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, Netherlands, he worked eight years in various international process engineering, marketing and management jobs with Exxon Chemical. He then became a change consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Partners for Change, working for many Blue Chip multinationals in varying industries. During his consultancy career, Frank became increasingly concerned that the prevailing approach to business change ignored the fundamental aspects of human behavior and interaction. His search for a better way led to a Masters degree in Complexity, Chaos and Creativity from the University of Western Sydney, Australia. Frank is now a well-known participant in many related organizations as well as a director in the Complexity Society (U.K.) and the Center for Self-Organizing Leadership (U.S.). Frank works personally with many leading thinkers and writers, and also presents at various complexity related conferences and seminars in Europe and the U.S.
