David Cash is owner and principal consultant of Autumn Trail Associates, which offers guidance to organizations to achieve sustainable improvement in Safety Performance, Quality Improvement and Process Effectiveness. His career with a major corporation included a variety of assignments in different business units and at different sites across the U.S., primarily in operations. Over the course of his career he has, at one time or another, been responsible for every aspect of a manufacturing operation and is an experienced leader with diverse background and solid understanding of business priorities. He has been particularly effective in focusing operations and/or business organizations to develop and implement programs. David has over 30 years experience in planning, organizing and implementation of quality improvement and process improvements in an operations environment and has a demonstrated ability to lead diversified groups, including customers, to achieve measurable business objectives.
